D&R's goal is to have the best trained officers working each site. Therefore, customer service, conflict resolution and emergency procedures are all part of D&R's training regimen.
Newly hired Security Officers undergo training in areas such as CPR, first aid, patrol and observation techniques and workplace violence. Other types of specialized training are available depending on the job description and the needs of each individual client.
D&R will customize all services to best suit each individual client. We realize that each client or job description has different needs, so we are able to develop a plan to suit those needs based on the information gathered from the client and our own evaluation.
